Bianca Salter
Bianca grew up in Southern California where she began training extensively in competition dance and cheerleading at the age of 3. She attended Cal State Long Beach, where she competed 4 years on the dance team, earning 1st place College Nationals at USA and UDA collegiate championships. She competed with Pace Elite at the Dance Worlds and won 2 gold medal world rings in pom and jazz.
Bianca cheered in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens for 2 seasons, was awarded the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award, choreographed quarter break routines, and was chosen to represent the organization on an Armed Forces Entertainment tour across the Middle East and Africa to visit our troops overseas.
She was a backup dancer for The Black Eyed Peas and country duo Locash, danced in the Metropolitan Fashion Show, and performed with Jack Black at Nickelodeon’s Teen Choice Awards. She currently choreographs for competitive high school and college programs and judges dance competitions internationally across the world.
