Sarah's Classes

Tuesdays 11-12 Tricks

It's time to crank up our dance ability and really push yourself to that next step. This class is an awesome way to do that! It is available to anyone that has a good grasp on basic technique and wants to spice up their dancing with that "WOW Factor." In this class we will constantly push ourselves out of our comfort zone, so we can continue to grow as dancers. We will learn new tricks and little combinations with them, that will definately not bore you! This class is perfect for all you competitive dancers and want to bring some exciting tricks to your team. Or even if you personally just want to show off some new moves of your own. So see ya Tuesdays!!!

Tuesdays 12-1pm Cardio

Let's Work!!! Hey everyone summer is here and that means its time to get back in shape for those bathing suits! My cardio class on Tuesday is that perfect thing to help you! This class is open to anyone and everyone who just wants a good sweat in! In this class we will work everything from our feet, legs, arms, abs, etc. We will do various exercises that have a dance foundation to them, therefore it will even help you with your technique. In this class we will build muscle, stamina, and endurance. So bring a friend, some water, and a towel and lets have fun and sweat!!!
