Let's Work!!! Hey everyone summer is here and that means its time to get back in shape for those bathing suits! My cardio class on Tuesday is that perfect thing to help you! This class is open to anyone and everyone who just wants a good sweat in! In this class we will work everything from our feet, legs, arms, abs, etc. We will do various exercises that have a dance foundation to them, therefore it will even help you with your technique. In this class we will build muscle, stamina, and endurance. So bring a friend, some water, and a towel and lets have fun and sweat!!!
